CCleavers
Galium aparine
Also called Bedstraw, Cleavers is a clingy self-seeding ground cover that sprawls nicely under the shade of a tree. She likes her water and soil with lots of leafy organic material to keep the soil moist on the surface. I space her 6-12” apart to get a good ground cover. She can be easily divided and transplanted if she gets overgrown.
