Lavendula augustifolia
Another herbaceous perennial that prefers full sun, low to moderate water, and sandy well-drained soil. I found the Munstead dwarf variety, which is a nice culinary lavender, did much better then the traditional English, Czech or Broadleaf varieties. She takes a year to get well established and by year 2 she should flower to 18-24"”, spacing 18” apart.
