Withania somnifera
A long season annual that is in the same family as tomatoes and peppers, therefore, likes similar growing conditions. Hold off on planting until late May or Early June, she will tolerate a lack of water for a short-time and does not like wet feet. Moderate water. She loves to bask in full sun, grow 30-36” tall, space 12” apart, and does great in our alkaline soil.
